To receive your goods on the next working day, please ensure your order has been placed by 2pm.
We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
If you receive your item and it is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us within 30 days for repair, replacement or refund.
If your scooter is faulty and you would like a repair or replacements parts, please contact us to make arrangements.
Should you change your mind about your purchase, you are also welcome to return your item within 30 days, however it must be in new condition and within the original packaging.
To start the return process, simply email email@example.com. You will need to quote your order number and details about the fault or damage. Images or videos of the problem would also help us to help you as efficiently as possible.
All original components must be returned in the box with your item.
